Specialized play therapy and trauma-informed counseling for children, families, and caregivers in Jacksonville, Florida.
Led by Jessica Soto, LMHC-QS, RPT-S™, my practice provides compassionate, evidence-based support for children navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, attachment challenges, grief, and life transitions.
Welcome!
I’m glad you’re here.
Every child deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and supported just as they are.
Children often express what they don’t yet have words for through play, connection, and relationships. In a caring and supportive environment, healing and growth can begin to unfold.
My practice focuses on helping children and families navigate emotional challenges, trauma, behavioral concerns, anxiety, attachment difficulties, and major life transitions using developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed approaches.
I believe healing happens in relationships—through trust, emotional safety, and connection—and I feel honored to support children and families on that journey.
What Families Are Saying
"When our twins came into our home as toddlers, they had experienced tremendous trauma and neglect. Jessica Soto was an integral part of our village and healing post-adoption. Through play therapy, she helped each of our twins heal, supported our biological kids with the sudden family adjustment, and provided wisdom and love to us as parents. She truly loved and supported our whole family. The twins STILL discuss how much fun Ms. Jessica's playroom is! She makes healing a process filled with joy and hope. I can't recommend her enough."
— Stephanie l. “We have been so blessed by Ms. Jessica. She has become a household name and has helped our entire family. She shares her joy, compassion and wisdom freely. Thank you for all you do to serve families like ours.”
— elizabeth w.“Jess created such a safe and welcoming environment for our child. She helped us better understand what our child was communicating through their behavior and gave us tools that made a meaningful difference at home.”
